Do your products contain beef tallow?
Some of our products are made with premium, rendered beef tallow because of its nourishing, skin-loving properties.  Products containing tallow are clearly identified on each product page.


Are your products handmade?
Yes!  Every batch is handcrafted with care in small quantities to help ensure freshness and quality.


Are your products suitable for sensative skin?
Many customers with sensitive skin enjoy our products.  However, because every person's skin is unique, we recommend performing a patch test before first use.  If irritation occurs, discontinue use.


Do you use artificial fragrances?
No.  Our products are scented with essential oils or are fragrance-free, depending on the formula.


Why does my face cream look like it has separated?
Because our face cream is handcrafted with natural ingredients, slight separation can occasionally occur due to temperature changes during shipping or storage.  This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.  Simply stir the cream gently with a clean utensil or mix it with a clean fingertip before use.  For best results, store your cream in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.


How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.  Natural products may soften or firm depending on temperature, but this does not affect their quality.
