Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we'll gladly replace the item or issue a refund after reviewing the information you provide. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
